  • If customer is late, you are still required to remain at the meeting location until the confirmed photoshoot ends unless the photoshoot is officially cancelled by customer.

  • If you are late for the photoshoot, please let the customer and Team Sprazzi (hello@sprazzi.com) know as soon as possible with the estimated arrival time. We require that photographer compensates for the delayed time by extending the photoshoot end time if customer’s schedule permits.

  • Most photoshoots are typically within walking distance of public locations. Customer is responsible for any additional fees (e.g. museums, cafes, Uber, transportation, etc.). Also, travel time between locations will be counted as part of the photoshoot.

  • Customer can change clothes as many times as they want during the photoshoot. Please note that the time to change clothes will be counted as part of the shoot.
